There are five juices repeatedly called for in our regimen that help to alkalize and heal the body more rapidly. I have outlined the instructions for these juices below. It is imperative to use produce only from organic sources, the “clean 15” or that you grow in your garden. Juicing produce concentrates nutrients to provide more benefit per volume ingested than the equivalent amount of blended produce or whole produce eaten. When you use produce full of pesticides and chemicals you would also be concentrating those items and giving your body a large uptake which may overwhelm your system and slow down or reduce the healing process.
All juices are best when as cold as possible. Strain juices with a sieve or stainless steel strainer if you are opposed to a little pulp. See recipes below the image.
