I have been trying to find a reliable real food source of Vitamin B12 since my family chose to eat mostly vegan. Nutritional Yeast is fortified with B12, but not something I want to eat everyday. So if you would like to ensure that your body continues to get a constant supply of Vitamin B12, the source that is best to use is a methylcobalamin source. Preferably a sub-lingual form. I have not found one in particular that I recommend yet. I will post here when I do.
